HOMES FOR INDIVIDUAL RESIDENTIAL CARE
Section 449.15515 - "Director" defined

"Director" means a person:
1. Whose name appears on a license issued by the Bureau as the director of record for a home; and
2. Who is legally responsible for the care of the residents and the daily operation of the home.
