Except as otherwise defined in section 6 of this regulation, "facility" means a medical facility, facility for the dependent, an employment agency that contracts with persons in this State to provide certain nonmedical services described in subsection 1 of NRS 449.03005, a facility which is otherwise required by regulations adopted by the Board pursuant to NRS 449.0303 to be licensed or a referral agency.
