FACILITIES FOR TREATMENT OF IRREVERSIBLE RENAL DISEASE
Provision of Services
Section 449.5475 - Continuous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis

If a facility provides continuous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis for a patient of the facility, the facility shall provide the following services to the patient:
1. Consultation with a registered nurse, social worker and licensed dietitian;
2. A system for maintaining a record of treatment that ensures continuity of care for the patient; and
3. Ordering of supplies on a continual basis.
