Chapter 446 - Food Establishments
GENERAL PROVISIONS
Section 446.0157 - "Nonprofit organization" defined

"Nonprofit organization" means an entity which:
1. Desires to be eligible for the discounted fee described in NAC 446.830; and
2. Meets the requirements of chapter 82 of NRS or has tax-exempt status recognized by the Internal Revenue Service.
