Chapter 445B - Air Controls

The Director shall:
1. Each time any state standard of quality for ambient air established pursuant to NAC 445B.22097 is exceeded, notify the public of the times and places in which the state standard of quality for ambient air was exceeded during any portion of the immediately preceding calendar year;
2. Advise the public of the potential health hazards associated with the exceedance of the state standard of quality for ambient air established pursuant to NAC 445B.22097; and
3. Advise the public of:
(a) Actions that members of the public may
take to prevent the exceedance of state standards of quality for ambient air
established pursuant to NAC
445B.22097 or to improve air
quality; and
(b) The manner in which
members of the public may participate in the regulatory process of the
Commission.
