Section 445B.844 - Annual report by manufacturer of ZEV credits generated or transferred

On or before September 1 of each year, each manufacturer must submit to the Department a report detailing the credits generated or credits transferred to or from any manufacturer for each qualifying vehicle produced and delivered for sale in this State during the previous model year. The report must be prepared in the same format as the report submitted to CARB.
