Control of Emissions: Standards for Motor Vehicles Beginning with Model Year 2025
Section 445B.830 - Manufacturer required to submit documentation requested by Department to determine compliance; retention of records

1. For the purposes of determining compliance with NAC 445B.780 to 445B.846, inclusive, the Department may require any vehicle dealer or short-term lessor of vehicles to submit any documentation requested by the Department that the Department determines is necessary for the effective administration and enforcement of NAC 445B.780 to 445B.846, inclusive.

2. Any person subject to the provisions of NAC 445B.780 to 445B.846, inclusive, must retain all records for at least 3 years from the creation of the record. Such records must be provided to the Department upon request of the Department.

3. The provisions of this section do not require the creation of any new records.
