Section 445B.819 - Requirement that vehicle has affixed emission control and Environmental Performance labels

A person shall not sell or lease, offer for sale or lease, register, import, deliver, purchase, rent or otherwise acquire or receive a new passenger car, light-duty truck, medium-duty passenger vehicle or medium-duty vehicle in this State to which emission control labels and Environmental Performance labels have not been affixed pursuant to the requirements of section 1965 of Title 13 of the California Code of Regulations, as adopted by reference pursuant to NAC 445B.816.
