If any provision of NAC 445B.780 to 445B.846, inclusive, or its application thereof to any person, thing or circumstance is held invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the invalidity does not affect the remaining provisions or applications thereof, and to this end the provisions of NAC 445B.780 to 445B.846, inclusive, are severable.
