Section 445B.806 - "Transitional zero emission vehicle" defined

"Transitional zero emission vehicle" means a vehicle that:
1. Meets the requirements set forth in section 1962.2(c)(2) of Title 13 of the California Code of Regulations, which is adopted by reference pursuant to NAC 445B.816; and
2. Qualifies for an allowance in accordance with section 1962.2(c)(3)(A) or (E) of Title 13 of the California Code of Regulations, which is adopted by reference pursuant to NAC 445B.816.
