EMISSIONS FROM ENGINES
Control of Emissions: Generally
Section 445B.585 - Evidence of compliance: Issuance by approved inspector

Except as otherwise provided in NAC 445B.580 and 445B.589, no person other than an approved inspector who is employed by a test station may issue evidence of compliance.
