Section 445B.584 - Evidence of compliance: Purchase of vehicle inspection report numbers

1. Vehicle inspection report numbers may be purchased only by an owner of a test station or the owner's authorized representative and may be obtained from the branch offices of the Department or from an authorized agent of the Department.
2. An owner of a test station or the owner's authorized representative shall not purchase or otherwise obtain vehicle inspection report numbers from a source other than the Department or an authorized agent of the Department.
