Section 445A.088 - "Industrial user" defined

"Industrial user" means any industry identified in the Standard Industrial Classification Manual, published by the United States Bureau of the Budget, under the category "Division D-Manufacturing" and the other classes of significant waste producers as, by regulation, the Director or the Commission deems appropriate.
