Section 445A.272 - Termination of applicability of individual permit upon inclusion in general permit

A holder of an individual permit who is excluded from a general permit solely because he or she holds the individual permit may request that the individual permit be revoked and that he or she be included in the general permit. The applicability of the individual permit is automatically terminated upon notification by the Director that the discharger is included in the general permit.
