Any soil or groundwater which is contaminated with any amount of a hazardous substance, hazardous waste or a regulated substance and which is removed through a corrective action or an assessment of conditions at a site pursuant to NAC 445A.2269 or 445A.22691 must be managed in a manner approved by the Division.
