Section 445A.873 - Notification whether application complete; submission of additional information

The permit for an injection well may not be issued until the Director determines that the application is complete and the applicable fee has been paid. The Director shall notify the applicant within 30 days after receipt of an application as to whether the application is complete, but only with respect to the submittal of the information, not the adequacy of the information. If an applicant becomes aware that he or she failed to submit any relevant information or submitted incorrect information in an application, the applicant shall promptly submit such facts or information to the Director.
