Section 445A.852 - Identification of exempted aquifers

The Director may identify by narrative description, illustrations, maps, or other means and describe in geographic or geometric terms, such as vertical and lateral limits and gradient, all aquifers or parts thereof exempted pursuant to NAC 445A.850 and 445A.851.
