Section 445A.603 - Application for permit: Form; conference with Chief of Bureau of Health Protection Services

1. The owner of a water system or the owner's designated agent may apply for a permit to operate a water system on an application form provided by the Division.

2. Before filing an application, the owner of a water system or the owner's designated agent may request a conference with the Chief of the Bureau of Safe Drinking Water of the Division or a person designated by the Chief. The applicant, members of the local governing body, employees of the Public Utilities Commission of Nevada and the State Engineer may attend the conference.
