Section 445A.6578 - "Concrete grout" defined

"Concrete grout" means a mixture of portland cement, sand, 1/4-inch minus aggregate and water which contains at least five bags of cement per cubic yard of concrete and not more than 7 gallons of clean water for each bag of cement.
