Section 445A.5893 - Orders for corrective action

If the health authority finds a condition in the operation of a plant which constitutes a hazard to public health, the health authority may issue a written order to the operator concerning that condition. The order must describe the condition and specify the corrective action to be taken and the period within which the action must be taken.
