Section 445A.5835 - Training of employees

1. An operator shall ensure that the employees of the plant comply with the provisions of this chapter.
2. An operator must have knowledge of and enforce the provisions of NAC 445A.544 to 445A.590, inclusive.
3. An operator shall ensure that the employees of his or her plant receive training concerning the provisions of NAC 445A.544 to 445A.590, inclusive.
