Section 445A.789 - Adoption of system of user charges

One or more municipal legislative enactments must incorporate the system of user charges. If a project accepts wastewater from other municipalities, the subscribers receiving waste treatment services from the recipient shall adopt a system of user charges meeting the requirements of NAC 445A.788. This system must be incorporated in an appropriate legislative enactment by each municipality contributing wastes to the treatment works.
