Section 445A.726 - "User charge" defined

"User charge" means a charge levied in accordance with 33 U.S.C. § 1284(b) on the users of a treatment works, or that portion of the ad valorem taxes paid by a user for his or her proportionate share of the cost of operation and maintenance, including replacement, of the works.
