The following publications are hereby adopted by the Commission in the forms most recently published, unless the Environmental Protection Agency fails to publish notice of its approval of the publication in the Federal Register or the Commission gives notice pursuant to the provisions of NAC 445A.067 that the most recent publication is not suitable for this State:
1.
