Section 445A.67534 - "Long-term loan" defined

"Long-term loan" is a loan for which the term for repayment exceeds 5 years, but does not exceed 30 years or the life of the water project, whichever is shorter, unless the term is extended by the Division pursuant to NAC 445A.67561.
