Section 444.712 - Plan for operating

The plan for operating a Class II site must:
1. Comply with subsections 1, 2 and 4 of NAC 444.684; and
2. Demonstrate how the site will comply with NAC 444.6665 to 444.6678, inclusive, and 444.714 to 444.728, inclusive.
