Section 444.6769 - Minimum requirements

A Class I site must comply with the minimum requirements set forth in NAC 444.6405 to 444.6435, inclusive, 444.645, 444.6665 to 444.6678, inclusive, 444.6765 to 444.7025, inclusive, and 444.7481 to 444.7499, inclusive. A Class I site which fails to comply with these minimum requirements shall be deemed to be an open dump for the purposes of solid waste planning and is prohibited.
