Section 444.808 - Built-in-place septic tanks

A built-in-place septic tank must be designed by an engineer and constructed in accordance with NAC 444.804 to 444.810, inclusive. The design plans for a built-in-place septic tank must be submitted to the health authority for review and approval before construction on the tank may begin. Upon completion of the construction of the built-in-place septic tank, the engineer who designed the tank shall submit written verification to the health authority that the septic tank was constructed according to the approved plans.
