Section 444.56828 - Floors, walls and ceilings; benches, mats and other equipment

1. The floors, walls and ceilings in a school must be:
(a) Constructed of durable materials
that are easy to clean and appropriate for their intended use; and
(b) Maintained in good repair.
2. Benches, mats or any other equipment that is intended for use by more than one person must be:
(a) Constructed of nonabsorbent materials;
and
(b) Clean, sanitary and in good
repair.
