1. A written record of all data pertaining to the operation and sanitation of a public spa must be maintained by the management and made available to the health authority at all times.
2. This record must include:
(a) Amounts of various chemicals used
daily;
(b) The approximate amount
of water added each day;
(c) A
daily check of water temperature;
(d) Results of chemical tests for pH and
chlorine;
(e) Date on which the spa
was emptied or the filters were cleaned;
(f) Flowmeter readings;
(g) Names of all attendants; and
(h) Any other information which the health
authority requires.
