"Plastic" means any of numerous organic, synthetic, or processed materials which are composed mostly of thermoplastic or thermosetting polymers of high molecular weight and which can be molded, cast, or extruded at some stage in manufacture or in processing into finished articles or objects, or can be shaped by flow.
