Section 444.290 - Spectators and nonbathers

Except as otherwise provided in this section, spectators and nonbathers must be excluded from the toilet rooms provided for the persons using a public bathing or swimming facility. If the management desires to accommodate spectators and nonbathers, they must be provided with separate toilet facilities. An exception to the requirements of this section may be granted if, in the opinion of the health authority, the toilet facilities provided for bathers are also adequate to accommodate spectators and nonbathers.
