If no lifeguard service is provided, a warning sign must be placed in plain view for all bathers and must state "Warning - No Lifeguard on Duty" with clearly legible letters, at least 4 inches (10 centimeters) in height. In addition, the sign must state "Children Under 14 Years Old Should Not Use Facility Without An Adult in Attendance," and "Solo Bathing is Prohibited."
