Section 444.260 - Instructions on operation and maintenance of facilities and equipment

Upon the completion of any public bathing or swimming facility, the owner and his or her operators must be given complete written and oral instructions by the contractor in the operation of the facility and all of its equipment, in the maintenance of the water used in the facility, and specifically in the details of maintenance of the equipment. All valves must be permanently tagged and a valve operating schedule must be provided for every operation.
