1. For an annual permit to operate a labor camp, the Health Division shall charge and collect $166, plus $1.25 for each five workers above 30 workers in the camp, except in areas where the laws and regulations governing the sanitation of labor camps are administered by local health authorities.
2. The Health Division shall charge and collect the following fees for reviewing plans for labor camps as follows, except in areas where the laws and regulations governing the sanitation of labor camps are administered by local health authorities:
For a plan for a new camp.................................................................................. | $124 |
Plus $1.25 for each five workers above 30 workers in the camp. | |
For a plan to remodel a camp which has a permit................................................. | 83 |
Plus $1.25 for each five workers above 30 workers in the camp. |
