Section 444.8666 - Receipt of hazardous waste accompanied by manifest

If a facility receives hazardous waste accompanied by a manifest, the owner or operator, or his or her agent, shall comply with the requirements for manifests set forth in 40 C.F.R. Part 264, Subpart E or 40 C.F.R. Part 265, Subpart E, as adopted by reference in NAC 444.8632.
