The Board interprets the term "syndromic reporting," as used in NRS 441A.125 and NAC 441A.900 to 441A.940, inclusive, to mean the collection and analysis of health-related data that precede diagnosis and may warrant a public health response because it signals a sufficient probability of a case, an outbreak of disease or other public health emergency.
