Section 441A.855 - Emergency isolation or quarantine: Health authority to provide copy of its order within 24 hours to person taken into custody

A health authority that, pursuant to NRS 441A.560, takes a person or group of persons into custody under emergency isolation or quarantine pursuant to its own order and without a warrant shall provide each person with a copy of the order as soon as reasonably practicable, but not later than 24 hours, after the person is taken into custody.
