Section 441A.390 - Treatment of case or suspected case by health care provider

A health care provider shall treat a case having active tuberculosis or tuberculosis infection or a suspected case considered to have active tuberculosis or tuberculosis infection with a chemotherapeutic regimen approved by the health authority.
