Section 441A.685 - Severe reaction to immunization

If an occurrence described in 42 U.S.C. § 300aa-25(b) results from a vaccination administered in this State, the person who administered that vaccine must report the occurrence as required by that section. The health authority and the Division may take any action necessary to ensure compliance with the requirements of this section.
