Section 441A.482 - Carbapenem-resistant Enterobacteriaceae

The health authority shall, within the limits of available resources, investigate each report of a case having carbapenem-resistant Enterobacteriaceae, as determined in accordance with "Carbapenemase Producing Carbapenem-Resistant Enterobacteriaceae (CP-CRE) 2018 Case Definition," adopted by reference in NAC 441A.200, to:
