Section 441A.330 - Definitions

As used in NRS 441A.167 and section 3 of this regulation:
1. "Law enforcement agency" means an agency, office or bureau, the primary duty of which is to enforce the law.
2. "Political subdivision" means any:
(a) County;
(b) Incorporated city;
(c) Unincorporated town; or
(d) Airport authority created by a special
legislative act.
3. "Public agency" means an agency, bureau, board, commission, department or division of this State.
