"Strict isolation" means the recommended procedure designed to prevent the transmission of diseases by both contact and airborne routes set forth in 2007 Guideline for Isolation Precautions: Preventing Transmission of Infectious Agents in Healthcare Settings, adopted by reference pursuant to NAC 441A.200.
