In medical facilities, schools, child care facilities, correctional facilities and facilities which perform body piercing or tattooing, exposure to blood, semen, vaginal secretions, saliva, urine, feces, respiratory secretions and other body fluids must be managed in accordance with universal precautions and blood and body fluid precautions.
