Chapter 439 - Administration of Public Health
Section 439.Sec. 32 - NEW

1. The Division may conduct any investigation necessary to carry out the provisions of section 31, including, without limitation, an investigation to determine whether a program facilitator has committed an act that constitutes a ground for disciplinary action as set forth in that section.

2. A program facilitator who is investigated pursuant to this section shall participate in any interview and provide any documentation or information requested by the Division as part of the investigation.

3. The Division may assess against and collect from a program facilitator against whom disciplinary action is imposed pursuant to section 31 any cost incurred by the Division relating to the imposition of the disciplinary action, which may include, without limitation, the cost of investigators and stenographers, attorney's fees and costs of a hearing conducted pursuant to section 34.
