PROCEDURE FOR MEETINGS OF STATE BOARD OF HEALTH
Section 439.180 - Order of testimony for considering matter

In considering a matter, the State Board of Health will hear from interested persons in the following order:
1. Reports and recommendations of the Division of Public and Behavioral Health of the Department of Health and Human Services.
2. Comments by the person who is requesting action by the Board, or the person's representative.
3. Comments from the general public.
4. Comments by the members of the Board.
