1. The Secretary of the State Board of Health may place on a consent calendar each uncontested item which receives a recommendation of approval from the Division of Public and Behavioral Health of the Department of Health and Human Services.
2. Any item placed on the consent calendar may be removed from that calendar for more detailed consideration. Related items will be considered together.
