Chapter 436 - Community Programs for Mental Health
Section 436.010 - Definitions

As used in this chapter, unless the context otherwise requires:
1. "Administrator" means the Administrator of the Division.
2. "Board" means the board of directors of a community mental health center.
3. "Division" means the Division of Mental Health and Developmental Services of the Department of Health and Human Services.
