Section 435.735 - Termination of services pending revocation of certificate

If a revocation of the provisional certificate or the certificate of a provider of supported living arrangement services is pending and the Division determines that the grounds for the revocation place any person at an imminent or probable risk of harm, the Division may immediately terminate the provision of supported living arrangement services by the provider.
