Section 433.455 - Grounds for denial, suspension or revocation of license of provider

The Division may deny, suspend or revoke the license of a provider if the Division determines, after notice and the opportunity for a hearing conducted pursuant to NAC 439.300 to 439.395, inclusive, that the provider has violated any federal or state law or regulation relating to the provision of nonemergency secure behavioral health transport services.
